It's Monday and I'm dragging.  What do you do to get up in the morning?

I stumble from bed at 7:00, kiss the kids and hubby good-bye, and have a large latte (okay, it's just a lot of milk a little coffee not espresso).  That gets me going enough to walk to the coffee shop (Mountain Mudd Espresso) for a real latte.  It's a 4 mile round trip.  By the time I get home, I'm awake, caffinated and really have to go potty. :-)  Over-sharing again.  I know.  If I don't walk to Mountain Mudd, I walk with a friend (five miles) and need more coffee when I get home.

My parents are in Spain so I can't call my dad on the phone and wish him happy, but I'm sure they're having a great time.

It's wonderful to have parents enjoy retirement.  Mine travel the globe one country at a time stocking up memories for their rocking chair years.  Personally, I don't see them slowing down enough to enjoy just sitting and rocking.  They set a great example, and I'm very proud of them.
